Sometimes larp feels like David v Goliath. If you’re on either end you need to know how to make the most of it.
If you are a peasant be prepared to make and break temporary alliances and focusing on your threats is big and clever. As a titan you need to work on keeping the underlings fighting on your terms and not getting boxed in.
PEOPLE: As many as you want – vary the number of titans to help cope. (You want just under a quarter of the population being Titans)
REQUIRES: Nothing but weapons and a spawn point
RULES: Titans wear a tabard to mark them out as a threat. They get extra hits in spade. Everyone else? They don’t. The last person or titan standing wins. The titans and the peasants may chose to work together or not as they please – in the end there can only be one.
Titans work well as 7 hit global or 5 hits loc. Everyone else should be 2 global or 1-2 loc. Alter as required.
TEACHES: Target focus, awareness, group tactics, temporary alliances, communication.
MY ONLY FRIEND Peasant have one guy they can definitely trust. You win if either you, your partner or both as the last standing.
BACKSTAB Turns out your partner was a cock and stole your last health potion. If you kill your partner you get all your hits back. If anyone else does you get nothing. Titans can gain back 3 hits by landing the killing blow on another titan.
FINAL BOSS Every time a Titan dies they yell level up. Any remaining titans get 3 hp back.
